The unit ends with several techniques of repairing a damaged operating system.

- Hardware Troubleshooting: A Healthy System, Power Problems, POST Error codes, Boot Failures, Peripheral Failures, Laptop Guide
- Software Troubleshooting: Advanced Boot Options, Stop Errors (BSOD), Safe Mode, CHKDSK, FIXBOOT, FIXMBR, Repair Install, MSCONFIG, System Restore, Performance Issues, Application Problems, the Registry, Malware (Viruses)
- Duration: 25 learning hours
