What is the difference between the BTEC Award in Computer Engineering and the CompTIA A+?

The BTEC qualification focuses primarily on the practical techniques of installing and configuring hardware & software.

The CompTIA A+ goes much more in-depth with regards to the theoretical aspects of the components and software but is less practically focused.

Which is the best qualification?
